Return Process

  Visit our online return portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Print Your Label

  Once your request is approved, we will provide a prepaid, fully insured shipping label via email to ensure your jewelry is protected during transit.

  Secure the Package

  Place your jewelry in its original Plum Diamonds packaging and seal it within a new shipping box, ensuring all original certificates and documentation are included.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  After our gemologists inspect the returned item to verify its condition, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
